The Three Keys to Rapid Transformation

There are three keys to rapid transformation:

1) Understanding what subconscious beliefs are either helping or hindering you.

The subconscious holds stories and experiences that have shaped the beliefs we hold about ourselves.

Often we don’t even consciously remember these beliefs, but often the mind grabs on to a certain situation and tries to create meaning and then continues to find “evidence” throughout life to support that evidence.

Between the ages of 0 and 12 we form our subconscious beliefs about our worthiness and capability, often based on an early experience involved trauma, but not always.

2) Learn healing techniques to remove the emotional weight from the past.

Learn to release old beliefs and emotional weight that no longer serve you. Rewire your brain to look latch onto new beliefs about yourself that serve you and help you heal.

3) Be open to explore the layers of trauma and heal each one.

Trauma often creates layers of trauma. Our belief about ourselves, others, our sense of safety, our ability to trust— all of these aspects need to be explored as you commit to your healing.
